Shipping Policy
What types of shipping do you offer, and what are your rates?
Sloane Tea Company offers Ground, Express Priority Overnight (next business day), and Express Economy (2 business days), all provided by FedEx. Orders shipped via FedEx Ground take up to 3-5 business days to arrive. However, orders being shipped to a postal code classified as an outer delivery area will take up to 6-8 business days to arrive. Ground shipments apply to orders destined for the Northwest Territory or Yukon Territory.
Do you ship to the United States?
We do indeed ship to the United States, however, there are certain details that you should be aware of. Orders being shipped via FedEx International Ground may be subject to import costs, for which you will be responsible. International Ground shipments also apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Puerto Rico may only be shipped via FedEx Express. Orders shipped via International Priority include all import costs.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we are unable to do so.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship the next business day. Orders placed during peak periods such as before Thanksgiving, Christmas or Mother's Day may require up to 3 business days for the order to ship. Next day orders ship the same business day if placed by 2:00p.m. EST, otherwise they ship the next business day. Our facility is located in Toronto, Ontario. For some parts of the country, you may not require as much lead time for ground delivery.
Do you ship outside Canada and the United States?
Yes, for information on shipments destined for outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us at info@sloanetea.com and we can provide you with answers specific to the size of shipment you wish to have shipped, as well as to the country it is destined for.
